We had a great experience with Home Roofing Solutions, and would highly recommend! Our consultant Max and the team at the office, provided the best customer service! Max remained in touch with us throughout the entire process. They worked with us and our budget so we could move forward with the project. The project manager Todd and crew arrived when they said they would and completed our roofing project in 5 hours! It was one of the coldest days we've had so far this winter, and they powered through! Todd reviewed everything with me prior to starting the project. When they left, you never would have known they were here--excellent clean-up job! We did discover a cracked piece of vinyl siding later on after taking a look at the roof, and a slight dent in one of our metal exhaust vents on the side of the house (not a huge deal to us that it was dented). When I notified Max, he and his team were so responsive and were able to resolve the issue quickly. They scheduled their carpenters to come out, Ben and Bryce, who replaced the piece of cracked siding, and also replaced our metal vent for a vinyl one. This was especially appreciated, because our metal one would freeze and stick during the winter, and now we have no issues. They certainly went above and beyond for us!!! This was one of the best experiences I have had with any roofing company. They made a plan, informed me if a change was needed if was something unpredictable and required a review with me. With the second roof nothing had come up, but the initial roof that was done had a number of repairs. I would obviously have to proceed since you can not always see what is under a roof that has been repaired a number of times.

I recall seeing the advertisement on one of their trucks in town. I really was not certain I wanted to get into a roofing job, but leaks were unexpectedly happening and keeping me awake those nights when we were experiencing much rain and wind.

So I called them and right from the time Haley answered the phone, I met Joshua, then Bruce and his team to Gary who helped with additional questions I had. All of the folks were helpful and wanted to make me feel comfortable. I truly had such bad experiences in the past I really did not want to proceed down that path once again.

So yes all was good, the couple of storms we have after the first roof was done had strong winds and pouring down rain. I did not have ONE shingle come off from that building.

We had a metal roof put on our old house. The whole process from estimate to completion was fantastic. The crew removed the old shingles and put on the new metal roof in a couple of days. Everyone searching for a roofing company on Google is most likely in the same boat (hopefully yours isn't leaking.) We're all up against a major repair, or have new construction that needs to be protected. We all probably have the same questions when we're trying to find the right company for the job. Will they actually get back to me when I reach out to them, not just in the beginning, but through the whole process? Will they work with me to see MY vision through (or just give me options that are easier for them). When the installers are working, will they take care of my property and belongings as well as I do? The experience was very good, the employees showed up in the morning, despite the cold weather, and was done with the job and cleaned by the end of the day.

The only complaint is that there was some minor bits left from the cleanup and, as a result of not know/checking, a screw was put through one of my electrical boxes.

Update: after the review I was contacted because the company strives for the 5 star experience. As such, they were willing to make good on the minor complaints and prove they were the right decision to make for my Roofing needs.

These Guys are great. I had 3 other companies that didn't call back or did not show up, 4th one did show up singed contract and never came back. So 1 yr later i called Home Roofing Solutions This company was great.
1. Responsive within 24hrs had an estimate with color options and a time line.
2. Showed up on time and did the whole job in 4hrs including clean up. Started at 8 am done by 12 noon.

Job looks better than the original roof, flashing on chimney looks like should be in a show room on how to flash a chimney.

As I said to a friend: "They sure have their act together. Arriving in the afternoon, as the crew ate their lunch I doubted they would finish as they projected, that day. They got going stripping off the old shingles. They had to make repairs on the very old section of the roof so had to get a piece of OSB from which they cut and patched it as needed. By 5:30 I had a nice new roof with new dripedge, caulking around chimneys, ridge vent. They had cleaned up, and were out of here. Never really had a chance to compare prices, but for a good, thorough job, I'ld give 5 stars.

Fabulous experience. I thought we waited too long to get our roof done this year because we are on an island but they were in and out in two days and did a very professional job. I hired Home Roofing Solutions in the fall of 2021. My roof was starting to age out and with heavy rains, there were some minor leaks that weren't 'going away'. I wanted to replace it before the next winter so in spring of 2021 I had attempted to hire two other roofers. They were both less expensive and came with decent recommendations. They were also non-responsive after my initial inquiries.

When fall arrived and the weather began to turn, I decided it was worth paying full price and called Home Roofing Solutions.

I appreciated their determination to get the job done in my requested time-frame as well as the fact they offered a repair/replacement warranty that had a good chance of outlasting me.

And, I wanted the job done fast. I work at home and also have a very sound-sensitive elderly cat. They said they could do the job in a day which in itself was a major plus. They came one day in early December and as promised, completed the work.

Unfortunately, not long after this, and before the temps had warmed enough for the shingles to lay completely flat, there was a severe wind storm. It happened in the night and made terrifying noises. When day came I ventured outside and saw that indeed some of the new shingles had been ripped off.

Home Roofing Solutions sent a crew out and replaced the shingles in effort to repair the damage.

Over the winter, the roof was covered in ice and I had no problems. But in the spring, with the first heavy rain, there was a leak. Again, a crew came out in a timely manner and tried to find and repair the problem.
And again, 2 months and a downpour later, it leaked.

This time a crew came out promptly and tarped the roof to protect it, until the owner of the company could come look at it himself and try to figure out the problem. He decided to have a very large portion of the roof completely re-done and true to his company's word, it cost me nothing.
Again they were polite, efficient and determined to do whatever was needed to make things right.

Ironically, a few hours after they finished, a violent thunderstorm rolled in and landed atop my home. Lo and behold, there were no leaks! A couple days later, a company rep called to make sure all was okay. I was so happy to say 'yes'!

I'm confident that my new roof will not leak again. But with weather being wilder than it's ever been, I know if there's a problem, Home Roofing Solutions will be out to do whatever they can to fix it.

If you're looking for a new roof, I have a lot of experience with this company and I absolutely recommend them. They mean what they say and they deliver on their promise!
In this day and age, that is not something I take for granted.

Tyler showed up first, the crew was a little late due to gps issues. Once these guys got started there was no stopping them. What they did. Stripped the old roof, put water & ice shield down over the entire roof, layed 2" thick sheet insulation then strapped it to put decking down then re-shingled the roof. Not to mention the trim work. All this in 36 hours. Amazing!!!

This is the best roofing company in the area by far if you are after asphalt shingles and timely responses. They always responded to my phone calls promptly and they completed the job ahead of schedule. The roofers did my house (850ft^2) in less than 8 hours in the freezing cold! They also conducted a thorough clean up afterwards. I have no more leaks as far as I can tell and the roof looks great. I am relieved to say that it was money well spent (approx. $5 to 6 per ft^2). The foreman Bruce was exceptionally professional patient, friendly and very approachable, informative, and allowed the job to flow really smoothly. He listened to every concern or question and made all our communications streamlined. The crew was tremendous, they were very skilled and experienced at roof installations and worked more efficiently than you could imagine. The specs I received from the sales rep were all met and even exceeded. The company ( Certainteed ) specs that require Certainteed shingles to be installed were followed to the "T" - I knew the requirement was for 6 nails per shingle ( not the usual 4 ) but the crew actually fastened with 6-8 nails per shingle and secured the first rows of shingles well. The site crew chief was a hard worker and his crew was respectful of him as he worked alongside his team. The full team was receptive of our inquiries and as well as our home and residence. The quality of workmanship was almost flawless and every picky concern of ours was considered and satisfactorily solved. The team did an amazing job of cleanup and worked hard at the end of the day to leave our residence as good, actually better!, than when they arrived.

Our roof was installed in a day and a half by an outstanding team of men and woman. They removed the old roof, protected the home with tarps and cleaned up all of the debris when finished. The team was made up of extremely hard workers and did a excellent job on all the details. I highly recommend the company.

We had our roof reshingled and some rotten wood at the peak replaced. The site supervisor checked in with us frequently to see if we had questions or concerns, and to give us updates on the job completion timeline. We ended up needing a couple extra things done outside of the quote but the additional work was cleared with us prior to it being done, and the extra charge was reviewed again after the job was completed. The crew was quick, thorough, and obviously very experienced judging by the quality of the work. They worked long days even through some bad weather to make sure the job was done on time.

Home Roofing Solutions did the inspection and came up with an estimate of stripping and replacing all of the shingles on the roof and adding ridge vent and roof vents. They came out when they said they would and completed the job in a 4 days. The roof looks great and the ventilation that they added works great. They even did a small roof over a doorway that was not included in the estimate for nothing. I would highly recommend Home Roofing Solutions. They worked safely, quickly and cleaned up the grounds when they were done. I am very happy with their work.
